I was born in Raleigh in 2003. I’ve lived in the same house my whole life and I have a lot of extended family that lives within my district, so I feel a deep connection to where I live. I went to Lynn Road Elementary for part of elementary school, then Hilburn Drive Academy for the rest. I attended high school at Vernon Malone and earned two associates degrees from Wake Tech.
I’ve always had a strong sense of the importance of personal freedom and responsibility, but within the past few years I have learned more about how to have a consistent ideology based around these.
As the second youngest candidate running in 2026, I will bring a perspective to the NC House that is currently lacking: that of someone who expects to be living 50 years from now with the benefits and consequences of decisions we make today.
Normally, libertarians provide a third choice that makes the decision more meaningful for everyone. In my case, the election would otherwise be uncontested, which makes it even more important to run.
